Unfortunately, once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled. After you receive your order, you may return any unwanted items following the Return Policy.
We want you to be happy with your order. If you received an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name, the order number, and as much information as you can about the damage. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.
We will gladly accept the return of any item you purchased in its original, unmarked and unused condition within 30 days of the shipment date. A full refund, less shipping charges, will be promptly issued to your credit card. A copy of the packing slip must accompany all returns, which is included with the purchase. If you do decide to return your purchase, please send the package by UPS, USPS insured, or any other method that provides insurance and tracking. You should retain the insurance and shipping receipt showing when and how you sent it until the credit appears on your charge card account.
